Our mission is to build digital outdoor advertising assets, which increase the revenue to landowners in jurisdictions that allow the building of outdoor advertising signs.   Easements are available to landowners, which can be an additional windfall for 16 square feet of property, which is the footprint of the vertical support for the billboard: along with the air rights occupied by the billboard above the ground.  All legal expenses for the establishment of either a long-term land lease or perpetual easement are the responsibility of Prime Outdoor.
